Held at the Railway Museum in Utrecht over three days, more than 30,000 people visited the museum to find inspiration for Christmas dinner.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Among the 70 booths spread across the museum was a wonderful range of fish. And, Albert Heijn&#8217;s fish suppliers along with MSC, ASC and the WWF showed how tasty, easy to prepare and responsible fish can be!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All the fish apart from mackerel was either ASC or MSC certified, including plaice, salmon, trout and mussels. Everyone could taste the fish and see how easy it is to cook fish.
