By including the ASC logo on their menus, guests will be confident that their seafood comes from a responsible and well-managed farm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To support <a href=\"https:\/\/asc-aqua.org\/learn-about-seafood-farming\/what-is-aquaculture\/\">responsible aquaculture<\/a>, Yasuragi has become ASC Chain of Custody certified. Yasuragi will be the first hotel in the Nordic region to offer its customer full traceability for its farmed seafood.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Caroline Stridmar Sustainability Manager at Yasuragi, said: &#8220;The label gives us an opportunity to easily show our guests that we know where the fish we serve comes from and that it has been caught or farmed with consideration for the environment. The fact that the blue and aqua <a href=\"https:\/\/asc-aqua.org\/blog\/whats-behind-your-seafood-label\/\">seafood labels<\/a> are common in supermarket freezers of course makes our communication easier, since many guests know what they stand for.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cathring Dehli, Sustainability Manager, Nordic Choice Hotels, said: &#8220;Nordic Choice Hotels is one of Scandinavia&#8217;s largest hotel chains. Due to our size we can also be a force to support positive social change.
